Service Delivery Policy

Spotterz is a digital service — nothing ships. Here is exactly what you get, and when.

Nothing is shipped

Spotterz is entirely digital. There is no physical product, no packaging and no courier involved in anything we sell, so no shipping charges, delivery timelines or tracking apply to any order.

This page exists because payment providers ask merchants to state their delivery terms. Ours are set out below.

What is delivered

A paid trainer subscription (₹699 per month) delivers access to the following, for the month paid for:

  • A public trainer profile at spotterz.in, visible to anyone and indexable by search engines.
  • The Verified badge on that profile, once submitted certification documents have been reviewed and accepted.
  • Unlimited client records, with no per-client charge.
  • The workout plan builder and the diet plan builder.
  • Progress tracking for every client.
  • Direct chat with your clients.
  • Bookings taken against availability you set.
  • Access to open client requests posted on the platform.

When it is delivered

Immediately. Access is activated automatically the moment a payment is confirmed by Razorpay — in practice within seconds. There is no manual provisioning step and no waiting period.

New trainers receive the same access for 30 days before any payment is due, so in most cases the account is already active before the first charge.

The one exception is the Verified badge, which requires a person to review your certification documents. Everything else is live immediately; the badge appears once that review is complete.

If delivery fails

If a payment succeeds but your access does not activate, email hello@spotterz.in with your Razorpay payment reference. We will either restore access or refund the payment in full — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where it is available

Spotterz is built for India and priced in Indian Rupees. The website and app are reachable from anywhere with an internet connection, and there is no geographic restriction on access.

The service works in any modern browser on desktop and mobile. No installation is required.
