The service

Spotterz connects clients with independent fitness trainers for booking and managing training sessions. Spotterz is a platform that facilitates these connections — trainers are independent professionals, not Spotterz employees.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Bookings and payments

Session prices are set by trainers. Payments are processed through our payment partners. Cancellation and refund terms will be shown at the time of booking.

Prohibited conduct

Misrepresenting your identity, qualifications or experience
Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempting to circumvent Spotterz to avoid platform fees
Harassing or abusing other users

Limitation of liability

Spotterz provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Spotterz is not liable for injuries, damages or losses arising from training sessions arranged through the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Spotterz after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
